How do I unselect, or change, something in a section that’s already been reviewed before finalizing?

I’m needing to deselect for it to allow me to print them for me to send to SNAP & MO Healthcare Insurance on my State one, & change the info abt my spouse on the Federal one.

Yes,  you can change the answer to that question:
 

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account. 
2. Select State Taxes, and select Edit.
3. Select Your State Returns. 
4. Select Edit to the right of Missouri.
5. Continue until you get to Renewing benefits with the Department of Social Services and will need to print and mail in forms with the Missouri tax return?
6. Answer according to your preference. If you answer Yes, you won't be able to e-file. 
7. Continue until you get back to the State summary.
8. Select Let's check it over.
9. Address any error messages that come up.
10. Continue to e-file, or print and mail your state return.
