How do I "unclaim a dependent" on my return

i have already received my refund but i need to amend my return to Unclaim a dependent

Using the online editions to amend the 2021 tax return, click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Delete the dependent.

An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 16 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.

Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.

When you amend you will go to My Info to delete a dependent.  Expect to lose any credits or stimulus you received as a result of claiming that dependent.
