I just received an email saying that I owe $190 by April 9th but they were supposed to be taken out of my taxes. It my taxes says still processing then how am I supposed to pay the money that I don't have. I really need to speak with someone so that's the $190 isn't debited from my account and I can't get a live representative. I'm using this platform to prove that I am trying to speak with you about my taxes.

My e-file taxes have been rejected twice because of 2019 AGI. I looked up last year's and it is correct. Now what do I do?

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the tax return again.
