How do I print form 8962 after I have entered my information from form 1095-A? I am using the TurboTax app and cannot find the completed 8962 document or the print option.

If you can't print from your mobile device, sign out of the mobile app, then sign back in at TurboTax.com on a computer that's hooked up to a printer. From there, you can print your return.

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
2. Click on Tax Home
3. Scroll to bottom of page
4. Click on Add a State (we're not really going to add anything)
5. Click on Tax tools (left menu)
6. Click on Print Center
7. Click on Print, save or preview this year's return
8. Put a check mark in the box for Federal Returns and State Returns (if you have one, or more).
9. Click Include government and TurboTax worksheets
10. Click View or print forms
11. A new window will open that will give you the option to download and/or print.  This will include all forms and worksheets, including vouchers.

I followed these steps but in the end, there is no page form 8962 what do you suggest?

A form 8962 will only be included with your tax return if you entered a Form 1095-A that you received from one of the state Marketplace Exchanges for your health insurance.
