Only you can amend your tax return and the 2020 tax return cannot be amended at this time because the IRS Form 1040-X for amending a tax return is not yet available.

The Form 1040-X is scheduled to be available on 02/18/2021

2020?   The IRS begins to accept 2020 returns on February 12.   It is WAY too soon to amend a 2020 return,

Are you really asking about a 2019 return?  Please explain.
