How do I get the money?

So what money are you referring to if not your tax refund?

I was referring to tax refund. Does it come by mail or into my account?

The method of receiving your tax refund was chosen by you before the tax return was filed.  In the File section of the TurboTax program you were asked specifically how you wanted to receive the tax refund, by check mailed to you or direct deposit into your bank account.  If by direct deposit then you were required to provide your bank routing and account information.  There was also an option to receive the tax refund on a debit card - Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card.

The method you selected will be shown on the Filing Instructions page for your tax return.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/</a>

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS, TurboTax receives no further information from the IRS concerning the status of the tax return or tax refund.

The dates for receiving a tax refund after it has been accepted by the IRS are only estimates based on the IRS target of issuing a tax refund after 21 days from the date it was accepted by the IRS.  This is a target only and not a guarantee.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions

Use this TurboTax website to check the status of an e-filed return and if it was either accepted or rejected - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
