Your old computer has the only copies unless you backed it up on external media. The .tax files are useless anyway without the software installed for those years to read them.
Yes let's start there
You mean you don't keep records?

If you used the CD/download version installed on your computer then only you have the "records".
TurboTax only has returns that were file using the web based online versions.
Tax returns prepared using the CD/download software are not stored online with TurboTax. They are only stored on your own hard drive or whatever back up device you used like a flash drive. Only returns prepared using online TurboTax are stored in the online accounts.
If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

The people who transferred your old info to the new computer can't transfer the programs but they should have been able to copy the tax data files and pdf files to the new computer. If you used the Desktop program you should have the data files ending in .tax2018, .tax2019 etc. and the pdf files you saved. They should be in your Documents folder. Do you still have the old computer? Maybe the files did get transferred but just not the programs? Did search you computer for all files ending in .tax or .tax2017 etc. or pdf? If you can find any .tax files we can tell you how to open them or convert them to pdf.
Yes, I keep both print and pdf files. The prior years of tax pdf files went missing when I upgraded the OS system. Fortunately I did find them on my external hard drive and was able to use them. This is an old thread - a few years ago was the timing of OS upgrade.
