The people who transferred your old info to the new computer can't transfer the programs but they should have been able to copy the tax data files and pdf files to the new computer. If you used the Desktop program you should have the data files ending in .tax2018, .tax2019 etc. and the pdf files you saved. They should be in your Documents folder. Do you still have the old computer? Maybe the files did get transferred but just not the programs? Did search you computer for all files ending in .tax or .tax2017 etc. or pdf? If you can find any .tax files we can tell you how to open them or convert them to pdf.
