How do i file taxes from 2020? I received the 1040 and 1099 from the irs. Should i have an expert file them for me on TurboTax? Or go to irs.gov to get a pdf form?

I googled and i found a 443F form? Is that the form i would need being it’s from 5 yrs ago? Thank you

It is too late to use TurboTax to prepare a 2020 return.  TurboTax experts do not prepare past year returns. The 2020 software is no longer available.   And it is too late to get a refund for a 2020 return; any refund for 2020 has already been forfeited for more than a year.  If you owe tax due for 2020, it is still due--forever-- with interest and late filing penalties.   You could seek local paid tax help to prepare a 2020 return.
