How do I file my 2016 taxes now? I completed last year, but I apparently did not hit submit to officially submit them

Download the PDF of your 2016 tax return.  Print, sign and date the tax return before mailing since e-filing is closed for 2016.

Go to this IRS website for the address on where to mail the federal tax return, with or without a payment, click on your state - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
