How do I use my card

I received massage saying a stimulus check was deposited in a account ending with number 1431 and I don't have account with that number so where is my payment. I was tolk that turbo debit card is issue by green dot bank. I don't have a turbo debit card and don't have a account with them even thought I applied for stimulus check through them

How! do I and I don't even have a turbo debit visa card intuit account when I log into get my payment message says April 29 2020 a stimulus payment was deposit in account ending in 1431. I don't have a card to check it. How can I check account  with out a card.

The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.

Can't access my card don't know if active. Phone number hangs up. Can't get card balance. Your system is **bleep**ed up
