You can review your banking information you provided by following the steps below:
@MichelleLO This would be helpful if you didn't charge $30 for me to see my own information. Im just trying to confirm I entered the correct account and routing info for my Stimulus Payment. My 2018 return from Turbo Tax shows this info, but my 2019 Stimulus return only shows "XXXXXXXX" in the "Account Number" and "Routing Number" and the boxes where "Checking" and "Savings" are, "Checking" is not selected even though that is what I selected when I filed.
The IRS is setting up a portal where you can enter your bank information to receive the Stimulus Payment as a direct deposit.
Currently this portal is not available, it is expected to be available soon. Keep checking the website for updates.
@KarenJ2 So what you're saying is that me using TurboTax to update my information including my direct deposit info to send to the IRS in order to get the Stimulus Payment was pretty much a waste of time and completely unnecessary even though it says the IRS accepted my "return" (didn't file actual taxes)? This was labeled as a service by TurboTax to people whom did not qualify to file actual taxes due to income that way we did not have to wait on this portal from the IRS to open in hopes that we could get our payment somewhat faster. If that's the case then I definitely will not be using TT again
