How do I change my bank account number when choosing how to receive my refund? Turbotax has my old account information and there is no option to change it. I have not filed yet.

There is no option to change my bank account information for direct deposit. It just has my old bank account.

Did you already e-file?  If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section  step 2 to enter/change how you want to receive your refund.  If you want direct deposit you need the routing number and your own account number.

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

After you choose direct deposit and Continue you land on the following screen.  Are saying you cannot change any of the information on this screen?
