How do I cancel my return after paying TurboTax fees, but not filing my return?

I have filed my taxes using another software, but already paid TurboTax fees. If I do nothing will my return (on TurboTax) be ignored? Can the fees be refunded?

You will need to ask customer support for help with this. Use the word "billing" -- not refund --in your request.
