How come the bar on my "wheres my refund" tool went missing as well as my refund amount?

This happen to me as well I called irs of course no help call back after 21 days only been 12 i seen a couple articles that state this means your return has been pulled and is now being viewed by human , some others state this normal,  I read other post from a tax professional she said its been your return has been flagged and has to be viewed by a human that why they cant guarentee 21 days . I did call irs as I think I meantion she did say if any errors or if they need info they will post that on wmr. I told her I only had 152 she said it's still processing call back after 21 days
