How can my 2016 form be properly redone?

Social Security Benefits are usually not Taxable. If Social Security Benefits are your only source of Income you have zero -0- Income therefore your Tax Return will reflect as such, Zero Income and Zero Liability.

Your Social Security Benefits do not become Taxable until your Provisional Income (all non-Social Security Income plus 50% of your Social Security Benefits) exceeds $25,000.00, if you are single, and $32,000.00 if you are filing joint. At this amount up to 50% of your Benefits can be taxed.
If your Provisional Income exceeds $34,000 for single, and $44,000 for joint, up to 85% of your Benefits can be taxed.

Please review your return and confirm that you have entered all sources of Income. As I mentioned before, if Social Security Benefits are your only source of Income you will not be taxed so your return will show zeros.
