How can I print my returns- all I get is intuit .com not responding?

Instructions
- Open your return in TurboTax.
- Click the File tab.
- Choose Print.
- In the pop-up, click Preview Print Copy.
- Your return will open in Adobe Reader. ...
- Make any adjustments in the Print window, such as number of copies, and then click the Print button at the bottom.
