How can I get my efile for 2018? I file through you Turbo tax. I'm quarantine for COVID19.

You cannot e-file a 2018 return.  It must be mailed in.  Also, you cannot prepare a 2018 return with the Online version.  The Online version is only to prepare the current years tax return, which is 2019.

To file a 2018 return with TurboTax you would need the 2018 Desktop software.  You can purchase the 2018 Desktop software from TurboTax at the following website.
