How can I get a statement showing that all my taxes have been paid?

TurboTax never knows when, how or even if you paid your tax due. Your only proof that you paid your tax due is your own bank/credit card record.

I selected the option to pay my state taxes out of my bank account, so why does TurboTax show it came out of my federal refund? Am I paying my state taxes twice? Why?
