How can I get a refund on a incorrect Turbotax charge

I finished my taxes and attempted to E-file. I had a free federal return and a $25 charge for my state return. However, after selecting the agree button and transmitting my return I got an error message saying I can't e-file my state return. No big deal I can get to the post office.

But then I noticed that I got a confirmation email saying my credit card was charged for my state return. Since TurboTax isn't able to actually complete my state return I don't feel like they should be charging me, how can I get a refund?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
