How can I fix a mistake on a 1099 form when turbo tax program auto entered the wrong state? I put in correct city (Detroit) and zip (MI) but turbo tax put in CA as state

I've tried to change it many times but the state is not available info that I can change. I uploaded my 1099 as a PDF

Instead of "uploading" the 1099---have you tried deleting it and entering it manually?
