How can I file with estimated income before W2s? I need money to get through January and last year my refund was $4,000. We have 3 employers and our income was similar.

We are both part-time teachers with no paychecks in Jan.

You must wait for the W-2 forms to arrive, and it is unlikely that any refunds will be issued by the end of the month anyway.

The IRS opens efiling on Jan 23. And see this re late payment of refunds claiming EIC and/or ACTC:

Going forward, consider changing your W-4 withholding so that you do not haver to wait for a refund.

no paychecks in Jan.

Have you applied for unemployment comp?.
