Sorry.   You cannot use TurboTax to prepare or file a 2017 return.   Software for 2017 is no longer available, nor would it be supported or updated even if you could find it on eBay, etc.   You are too late to receive a refund for 2017, so even if your tax form shows a refund, the IRS will keep it.   If you owe tax to the IRS, you still need to pay with interest and penalties for late filing.

You can seek local paid tax help or you can get the paper forms to prepare by hand to mail in.

TurboTax does not support tax year 2017.  If you are filing for a tax refund the refund will not be paid.  The 2017 return had to be filed on or before April 15, 2021 for a refund.  If taxes are owed on the 2017 return you need to file the return as soon as possible since penalties and interest will continue to accrue until the taxes are paid.

You need to seek out a local tax professional to assist you in completing and filing the 2017 tax return.
