Sorry. You cannot use TurboTax to prepare or file a 2017 return. Software for 2017 is no longer available, nor would it be supported or updated even if you could find it on eBay, etc. You are too late to receive a refund for 2017, so even if your tax form shows a refund, the IRS will keep it. If you owe tax to the IRS, you still need to pay with interest and penalties for late filing.
You can seek local paid tax help or you can get the paper forms to prepare by hand to mail in.
