How can I download a copy of the 2019 tax extension I filed using TurboTax?

We're not quite ready (almost) to file the taxes, but I need a copy of the extension form that was submitted on our behalf as part of a credit application.

Apparently I hadn't completed registration or something so that menu didn't exist for me.
