How can I be sure that my payment was received by the IRS

I had a balance owed to the Internal Revenue Service I did pay that while I filed with TurboTax how can I be sure that that payment was received by the Internal Revenue Service

You will watch your credit card account or bank account to see if the payment was taken out.  And you can check your online account with the IRS.
