Hi, I just found out that my tax consultant for the previous 4 years is indicted. I am not sure if there is issues with my filings. Should I refile previous taxes

Well, that is disturbing news.  But....no one at TurboTax is going to review your past returns that were prepared elsewhere.   That is not a service provided by TurboTax.   If you want a tax pro to go over your last four years of returns, you will have to find a local paid tax professional.

refiling doesn't do any good without knowing if there's anything wrong with your returns that were filed. It could be that all the consultant did was cheat on his taxes. You would have to read and understand the indictment to see. It should be a public record.  Then you can decide if consulting a tax pro is warranted.

The IRS will let you know if they find issues with your returns.  They will tell you what to do to correct them.  I would wait and see what happens.
