I HAVE TRIED 4 TIMES TO PRINT THE TAX FORM. EVERY TIME IT PRINTS THE FORM IT IS BLANK. ALL INFORMATION SHOWS UP ON THE SCREEN IN THE FORM BUT DOES NOT PRINT OUT.
