I never received my Federal tax return. I've checked with the IRS and they claim that my refund was already sent (months ago now). However, the funds were never received by my bank.
As TurboTax provides this is as the only support option, I must ask here to see if there is some reason that TurboTax would hold my Federal tax return. My bank information is correct, as I've already received both of my state tax returns.
What is the process for receiving my refund if the issue is that TurboTax simply never sent it to me? All help is appreciated.

TurboTax has no information about or control over your refund. You can ask the IRS to track your refund.

two separate paths - which one reflects what you did?
1) you paid your turbo tax fees with a credit/ debit card. if yes, then the IRS sent the refund directly to your Bank
2) you requested that the fees be netted out of your refund. if yes, then the IRS sent the refund to Green Dot Bank / SBTPG and they took the fees out of the refund. Then they were to send the remaining refund to your Bank.
Turbo Tax never had the money under either path,
