Solved: Have you sent in your documentation?

Update - After calling last week. I was told to keep an eye on the dd update on the 1541 and to call back on the 27th if nothing changes. To my expectations nothing exactly changed and after a call with them this morning they said i am up for a 45 day review. No letters since the 17th. So i will let you know more then

My code 1541 is gone I called the rude irs lady said if it's up for review it can take 45 days but she don't have any info on why it's delayed bad attitude she signed up for this why she so angry we just want our money!!!

Does anybody know how long it will take for them to release hold on refund after submitting a past year tax and paying what was due? I know it says 12 weeks but could it be a lot sooner?

I filed 1/26 accepted 1/29 updated to 1541 on 2/16. Got my 60 day review letter on 2/17 dated for 2/12 and haven't received any update what so ever. Everytime I order my transcripts they come in and say no return filed. Not sure what they're doing this year. I know I filed all my years of taxes, no offsets, and same way of filing for years. Of course you you call and they can't tell you anything. Anyone else have any type of update so far? I seen it got real quiet..

I got cp63 letter saying i had to file 2015 taxes. I did. And mailed them in last week. They should receive them today... but i just saw where i mailed them to the wrong address. So I’m sure it’s going to screw everything up. I’m so mad at myself... trying to do everything in a hurry. I’m on hold now trying to see what to do. It will probably take forever to see my refund!

I just got off the phone with the IRS and they told me that my refund was processed today and there isn't any holds on my account any longer. He even went and double checked after I told him about the review letter I got. I filed 1/26 and was accepted 1/29 got hit with the 1541 delayed with no tax topic on 2/16 and a 60 day review letter on 2/17 dated for 2/12 or 2/14 I can't remember. But he said my refund has been officially processed and I should see my refund sometime next week.

I finally got my letter to verify dependent but the Dr office wants to charge $20 per letter to verify my kids address and parent info...i have 3 kids and don't have $60 extra dollars... the dentist can't do it per policy so idk... the didn't go to daycare. Plus I didn't keep receipts for most stuff to verify head of household. This is a mess. Wish everything would just process thru without them needing all this since its my same 3 kids and filing status for years.

@jtuck856 I’m in the same boat, I called collections today just to see if they had any charges on me-none, she then transferred me to the refund line bc she said I’m owed one, but it looks like it’s still being reviewed. Got over to customer service, still no answers; just that it’s still being reviewed. Being that I haven’t received my State yet either, I decided to call them to find out if I did anything wrong. She said it’s been approved, but we just received it on 2/29(I filed 1/23 and was accepted 1/29) and it takes 2-3 wks to process the refund. That gave me a little relief knowing that I’m actually be reviewed... FINALLY!

I'm just happy my review is done. It's been a long tax year already. Too much stress for me lol should have my date this week for a deposit next week. I will update when I get my date. But I hope it all works out for you.

Update...called IRS BK today and was told all holds was lifted and a release was put in to release my refund.... Thank you Jesus I'm too happy... I wish everyone else good luck soon but I will update with my date

I'm still waiting filed 1/29 got my 1541 flag 2/2 1541 code disappeared 2/15 received my letter dated 2/22 saying review for eic credit, college credit,etc said it can take up to 60 days from date of letter which is 2/22 geeeze that will be after tax season is over ughhh so annoying when everyone else has they money but you I'm trying to be patient but this is giving me a bad headache Everytime I say I'm not going to check wmr anymore I still go do it why can't the IRS just give you a straight answer at least!!
