@jtuck856 I’m in the same boat, I called collections today just to see if they had any charges on me-none, she then transferred me to the refund line bc she said I’m owed one, but it looks like it’s still being reviewed. Got over to customer service, still no answers; just that it’s still being reviewed. Being that I haven’t received my State yet either, I decided to call them to find out if I did anything wrong. She said it’s been approved, but we just received it on 2/29(I filed 1/23 and was accepted 1/29) and it takes 2-3 wks to process the refund. That gave me a little relief knowing that I’m actually be reviewed... FINALLY!
