I finally got my letter to verify dependent but the Dr office wants to charge $20 per letter to verify my kids address and parent info...i have 3 kids and don't have $60 extra dollars... the dentist can't do it per policy so idk... the didn't go to daycare. Plus I didn't keep receipts for most stuff to verify head of household. This is a mess. Wish everything would just process thru without them needing all this since its my same 3 kids and filing status for years.
