Have no stimulus money. Am eligible. IRS has bank info. Filed 2018 & 2019. Got 2019 refund in Feb. IRS website shows no status, doesn't say why. How do I find out why?

Did you have your 2019 refund direct deposited? If you DID NOT pay the TurboTax fees from your federal refund, then the IRS should have your direct deposit information. If you paid the fees with your federal refund or if you did not direct deposit your refund, then the IRS does not have your direct deposit information and will send you a paper check. The IRS is distributing direct deposit payments right now and the paper checks will be mailed later. You can continue to check the IRS portal: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
