The 2020 software was updated within weeks of the tax law change that occurred when Congress changed the tax law in the middle of the filing season to exclude the federal tax on the first $10,200 of unemployment received in 2020.    If you are using the 2020 software to prepare a 2020 return at this time, you are using up to date software.
