Has anyone received the message, ‘You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.” when they view the stimulus tracker? [Tax Year 2019]

@Tinyterri @I'm in the same boat you are..I filed jointly with my husband who's in the rear with child support. He called the child support office to verify if they were going to offset our stimulus check and the answer was Yes.. We had a stimulus direct deposit date of April 30th.. It was not deposited. I completed the IRS Injured Spouse form and mailed it out so hopefully I'll receive my part of the stimulus back. I know it won't be no time soon

Well this is a letdown. I don't  know what else to do. We should have waited to enter information into the payment tool after the 15th, I guess. This is crazy. Where do we go from here? The IRS can't  take calls and we have no choice but to sit and wait. I'm sorry this is happening to us, guys. Keep your hopes up that we will hear something soon. I know the stress is killing me.

I am on the same situation; updated my info on the 15th and still no deposit nor deposit date. Nowhere to call and nothing we can do

@tbyledbal Howdy Mrs., I’m sorry to inform you but if you owe FEDERAL taxes, or have any other Federal Debt, or owe money on a bank account(like an overdrawn account) they MAY withhold some or all of your stimulus money to cover those debts. You can find this info on the IRS website. I too had read in the beginning that only back child support would keep you from getting some or all of your stimulus. Very sorry if this is the case for you. If you do get some or all of your stimulus money and filed jointly, it will go to the account/card where your tax refund went. If you paid a fee for tax preparation or got a tax loan, through H&R Block, TurboTax or other such places, the IRS most likely don’t have your actual direct deposit information and instead have the account information for the temporary account the tax preparer set up to intercept your refund to take their fees before sending your portion on to your account. Hope this helps, and good luck. Hope you get some stimulus money.

Money was sent to an old account on 3/15

(the very first wave of deposits)

I was able to access “Get my payment” 

and got the message informing it had been sent to the DD info from my 2018 taxes..

on 4/23 it changed then allowed me to enter my updated DD Info and till this day I get “We will update you when we have the deposit date.”

naturally I did research to see when it could likely be deposited.. on the IRS faqs section it’s states if you inputted your information by TUESDAY noon you will receive it that Saturday and if you enter after noon you will receive the next Saturday...

clearly this is not the case!

@LilBitCountry  This is false and you are wrong. If you owe federal back taxes, you will still receive the full stimulus amount. This has been stated over and over again.

Nothing. It's 4:20am, central. I've checked and there's nothing changed. I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do. I know that when I click on this article from Google, it shows it's solved. And this thread is definitely not solved. There's still at least ten or fifteen of us on here who still have no date for direct deposit. It seems the common denominator is that we all entered info on the 15th. Maybe we should have waited a **bleep**ing day. I'm so mad. But hopefully we will hear something soon. Good luck, guys. I'll keep checking my status and checking here to give updates.
