I'm sorry. Please check with your local government, see if there's a remedy. I don't see how taking the car helps the "dealer" since they can't sell it, none one has $$. They'd be better off waiting a little longer too. This is very difficult for so many good luck.

I'm in the same situation as the rest of you. Here it is Friday April 24th and still NO PAYMENT! I like most of you entered my info Wednesday April 15th around 10 a.m. Now what just wait until next Friday? This is why everyone is so frustrated we deal with the consequences of our Government not them, absolutley ridiculous!

I will wait until May 1st. I think people are confused no the difference between next and following. I know I was. I thought if I did it on April 15th then I'd get it by April 24th (today). You're saying for anyone who reads this, there is a window. My window closes on April 23rd and the following Friday (May 1st) it should be in my account.

It's explained a little weird .

Basically there is a "window" if you enter it in before a Thursday, you are placed in a window of time (because things are going out in batches) so from April 15th through April 23rd window timeframe to get the information in there, then the following Friday, May 1st you will receive your money. I hope this makes sense!

I believe this is correct. The get my payment app didn't official open till Wednesday April 15th which is why you had the payment status unavailable first. It seems as if you are in the first block of people for May 1st. Anyone who got there information in by April 23rd seems to be at that May 1st. So here's to hoping for May 1st

@NCperson  Anything the Government says anymore is suspect and theoretical at best.  I'm not too frustrated (yet), I'm more annoyed than anything.  I am thankful however that I didn't have a $0 owed/refunded 1040.  Those folks still can't even update the GetMyPayment site.

Key word there is "reportedly".  Surprise! A government organization was late paying people.

I do. I've heard two different things. One: getting your information in on the get my payment app before April 23rd get paid on May 8th Two: under 30,000 get payment on May 8th based on a timeline I found on several websites. Not sure which is correct. But if I don't see anything by May 1st I guess I'm hoping for May 8th.

My waiting week was today the 8th day no deposit.. no update on IRS website, and like me millions of people are on the same situation... website displays the same info...
