It's explained a little weird .
Basically there is a "window" if you enter it in before a Thursday, you are placed in a window of time (because things are going out in batches) so from April 15th through April 23rd window timeframe to get the information in there, then the following Friday, May 1st you will receive your money. I hope this makes sense!
