I know its not the best picture but...the irs had my account number as the last 4 of my social..i couldn't log onto the app or call to check my balance. I just went to an atm and checked my balance and BAM its there. It will happen we just have to be patient sometimes..

Did you use the IRS tool "get my payment" and if so what did that say? I used it because I couldn't check my balance and it said more information was needed

I did the refund advance thru sbtpg with a turbo card and got my stimulus today!

I was able to check my balance in 5hw turbo card app this morning but it hasn't been working all day i am assuming because of the high volume of users today. Maybe try calling the number on the card to check your balance.

My refund went on turbo card stimulus hasnt i went on irs tool thst just launched to track payment it stated no direct deposit info on my tax papers it shows it so had update direct deposit info

How are y'all receiving emails ahead of time about your money I have a turbo card and really need the money and I don't have anything

I am in OK. It was within the last 2 to 4 hours..i just recieved a text as well confirming the deposit. I was freaking out like everyone else but it will all work out! Also, we cant lay the blame on TT...they were blindsided with all of this as well and they have millions of customers. They can only update us as they get the info. We are all at the mercy of the IRS. Take care

Did you also pay your fees out of your refund and did you check the IRS tool "get my payment"? If so what did it say?

Yes i paid fees since i got the 1500 advance. when i checked the irs "get my payment tool" it said the money was deposited on April 15 to account number ending in *********9876 which is the last four of my social...so naturally i thought something got screwed up but it went through so.
