I'm in California and I didn't receive mine on my TurboTax card so I went online to the get my payment website and it said that it didn't have enough information to send me the payment So I entered in my Turbo Tax card routing number and account number let's see if that works 🤞🙏

Same here! I’m glad I was able to update the DD info so it can go straight to my bank acct! I hated that TT card anyways

Yes, I had the refund advance, turbotax card, irs get my payment showed last 4 of my social instead of account number and I still got my payment today! I was super stressed when I saw my social instead of the turbo tax account number. All worked out though so don't stress!

I didn’t get the advanced refund so I have no idea what is wrong. I keep checking the app and it won’t load neither will the website to check my turbo tax card. Does anyone know what I should do please help

So the big question is did anyone get paid on the Turbo Debit card previously get a refund anticipation loan from your Tax refund or pay fees from your refund? (IRS website states prepaid cards are acceptable and is proven, but there is nothing about people who got a RAL or paid fees with the refund.)

Yes that's what i wanna know. Also you cant check there app, website or call right now. They locked everything down. Some people got money in the vaults and can't get there money. Tt is on All BS right now.. Ill advise no one to EVER USE THEM AGAIN! THERE WILL BE NO MORE TT when we done.

So a quick update. I managed to check the Get My Payment website and it said they needed more info. I paid fees and got a refund advance so I advise you to check the IRS tool, you'll need your AGI and refund amount or owed amount from 2019 taxes. I put my DD info and checked the tool again and said I would be getting DD to the account listed.

Awesome so God willing we are set. Just make sure to take out every last penny and I'm going back to a real bank again. The only reason I switched was to get paid early but I still haven't received an early paycheck or deposit.

I went on irs tool they stated needed direct deposit info even though i had my refund on turbo card double check irs tool
