So a quick update. I managed to check the Get My Payment website and it said they needed more info. I paid fees and got a refund advance so I advise you to check the IRS tool, you'll need your AGI and refund amount or owed amount from 2019 taxes. I put my DD info and checked the tool again and said I would be getting DD to the account listed.
