2020? What has taken you this long to start asking? There are no other posts in the forum for any of these last several years under your username maria-agron10
And...sadly----if your return was not filed successfully or if it was rejected and you did not pay attention and fix it---it is too late to file it now and get your refund.
I did. I went to the IRS office confirmed my identity and everything. I even did it again last year! They told me to wait for a reply and still haven’t heard anything. At the time I did my 2020 taxes I received my small state refund but never the federal
You will have to pursue this with the IRS. TurboTax never gets any information from the IRS after you file your tax return. You might also want to contact an Advocate.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.

Did you have the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your federal refund? It may be hung up at the 3rd party bank that takes the fees out. And I would double check your bank statements and see if you missed it. What all did the IRS say? Does it show up on your IRS account?
