Going through my return it updates my refund as I progress in top left. At billing the refund amount goes down significantly. Why?

Going through my return it updates my refund as I progress in top left. At billing the refund amount goes down significantly. Why?

If you agreed to have the cost of filing online deducted from your refund, if would reduce your refund by that amount.
