Form 5695 home energy credit is on the form but will not update to my refund. I have done updates but nothing works. How do I get this corrected? Not happy with TurboTax this year!!!

What do you mean will not update to your refund?

What is shown on the Form 5695 on Line 15 if you have a Residential Clean Energy Credit or on Line 32 if you have an Energy efficient home improvement credit?

Using the desktop editions click on Forms.  In Forms mode locate the Form 5695 on the left side of the page.  Click on the form to open.

Additionally, have you updated your software to the latest release?

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates
