Filed Jan 27, requested advocate June, Congressman sent request to release refund Aug. Case is closed without solution or refund.

I filed early, Jan 27. I know I had to wait until February due to the Child Tax Credit, but I still haven't received my refund. I called the Tax Advocates, and they filed in June, but it was opened and then closed two days later without resolution. In August, I called my Congressman, and they issued a Request to Release Refund. It was opened on September 21 and closed on the 25th; still, there is no resolution. I called today, 10/8, and the lady at the IRS said she didn't know what was going on and filed a Referral, but I have to wait 60 more days for that to work its way through the system. WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!!
