File 1099-MISC to Arkansas

I used Home & Biz 2019 to file 1099-MISC forms to the IRS for a couple of my contractors. Their residence is in Arkansas.   Arkansas says they participate in the combined Federal/State 1099 submission process.   Does that mean that Arkansas now has the same 1099 forms that I submitted to the IRS, or do I have to mail copies to Arkansas?

Yes. You will need to submit Form 1099-MISC with Arkansas.
