No federal taxes were taken out of my paycheck, how do I pay it back.

Why were no taxes withheld from your pay? Did you get a W-2 or were you paid as an independent contractor? Did you receive a 1099NEC? If you received taxable income in 2020 and have had no tax withheld then it is likely that you are going to owe tax due when you prepare your tax return. Enter all of your information and let the software do the calculations.
So when I file my taxes, even though no federal taxes were taken out of my w2, will they deduct the federal taxes out my return?
It depends.
Depending on how much income you had and your filing status and if you have any dependents you may or may not owe tax on your income. You may have tax credits that offset tax you otherwise would owe.
You also may owe tax because no taxes were paid during the year and you are not eligible for tax credits to offset the tax you owe.
Use the TurboTax interview to ensure everything is covered so you don't miss any credits you might be eligible for.
