Federal Refund Deposited 2/24 But Still Not In Bank

I filled my federal and state returns with TurboTax free edition. My returns were approved on 2/17 and deposited into my account via the IRS where's my refund tool. However, it is 3/16(three weeks later) and there is still nothing from the IRS. I have even received my stimulus and state refund. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I recieved my state, but Federer and stimulus check I have not received yet I keep wondering if my route number and account number on my Green Dot Com card is correct

If your 2020 Federal 1040 tax return has been accepted, we do not know whether the IRS will issue a third stimulus payment using 2019 tax information or 2020 tax information.

This TurboTax Help states:

Do I need to do anything to get my stimulus check?

You don’t need to do anything to get your stimulus check. The IRS will determine eligibility based on your last tax return (either 2019 or 2020) and will likely send your payment to the bank account where your tax refund was deposited.

The IRS says that the only way to update your mailing address and banking information is by filing your 2020 Federal 1040 tax return.  The IRS is making no portal available.
