Federal got taken out, but not state?

My Federal taxes got taken out, but my state taxes didnt. They should have been taken out from the same account on the same day. That’s the way I remember filing them. Why did that not happen?

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
