Error with Social Security on W-4 and I-9 while applying for job

So recently I applied for a job at Carls Jr and they asked me for my ID and Social Security I provided them with everything and didn't think much of it since I got the job. When I got home it turned out I provided the wrong SSN while applying and getting hired. Now I lost my first job because apparently, they can't hire me and now I'm just worried about those two forums we did while applying. I'm a Teenager in High School with no one to ask and I'm lost.

Okay---do you now have your correct Social Security number?   If so, then go back to that employer and give them the right Social Security number.  If you worked and received a paycheck, they have to issue a W-2 to you for your 2022 tax return.    They will be issuing a W-2 to you in January and they must have the correct SSN.  Next time you apply for a job make sure you use the correct information.

I haven’t revived a single paycheck since it was my first day and I haven’t really worked any hours. Do I still have to ask them to file a W-2? or does everything get deleted since they haven’t ask to come back or work anymore? Thx for any help

@AntohnyJ9102 If you did not work at all or earn any wages then you will not receive a W-2. The incorrect information you gave to that employer will not go anywhere else.     Just chalk it up to a learning experience, and good luck with your next job!
