Error entering bank amount number. What to do next?

While I put the correct bank account info on the IRS website, the info on the tax document wasn't correct (one digit at the end of bank acc # for direct deposit). 3rd party said they did not receive the refund from IRS this year, but they have info of all my other taxes I've filed for 13 years. My bank ( chase) said they cannot use the trace number i was given by TT to check where the refund is, so I'm stuck there. IRS website still on "refund sent" and not a single change or rejection notice. Called TT again and the lady i spoke to said that when this happens, an automatic paper check is sent, however,  many things I've read said I should get a notice to change direct deposit to correct info and the funds should arrive.  I've been blowing in the wind trying to figure out where the funds are currently but seems Noone affiliated with these taxes even knows. What is my next move? Anyone in this situation THIS YEAR? If the situation got resolved, how did it finally get resolved. My life went down coz of this error... and that's a whole book of its own.

If you paid for your fees with your refund and the bank rejects your deposit, it will get mailed to you as a check. Who send the check depends on the bank that is processing your fee payment.

The notice to change direct deposit information is if your deposit was coming directly from the IRS.
